  I am having the same problem. I get cannot download any transactions since I got the virtual wallet. I do not see a refresh button. Is there one in Quicken Deluxe that I am missing? Also, i don't get an error number. Would it help if I paste the error message here?

  cannot figure out how to set up an account for my amazon.com store card, which is administered by gemoney.com. none of the GE accounts works, and there is no amazon account. any ideas? thanks, pam
• Is anyone else having trouble getting Chase to synchronize in Quicken Onlin #8
  Latest update, again from Kamal, is a repeat of the previous instructions. He wants me to change the account name back (huh? what? Why?) or to reset the account (tried it - over and over.)

  Thank you for contacting Quicken Online Customer Care.
  
  You can get this error if you changed the account name at your bank's website. If this is true, please:
  
  1. Sign in to your bank's website.
  2. Reverse the change you made to your account name.
  3. Sign in to Quicken Online.
  4. Click the account name from the Account list.
  5. Click the Refresh button.
  
  You can also get this error if your bank switched to a new account for you (because your credit card was lost or stolen, for example). If this is true, please:
  
  1. From the Accounts or Transactions tab, click the account.
  2. Click this link: "Some info about your bank account may have changed. Please click here for next steps."
  3. Click RESET ACCOUNT.
  4. Type the sign-in information for your new bank account, and click CONTINUE.
  5. IMPORTANT: Select your new account (make sure it is the right one). You won't be able to undo this selection.
  6. Click CONNECT TO SELECTED ACCOUNT.
  
  The transactions from your old and new bank accounts are now shown together in the same account in Quicken Online.

• Is anyone else having trouble getting Chase to synchronize in Quicken Onlin #9
  For what it's worth, it must be a problem unique to your account as my problems connecting to Chase are completely resolved. I'm still able to connect without a problem. I'd probably give Kamal's suggestion a try.
