  Three leading Indianapolis area economic development organizations - The Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce (GICOC), The Indy Partnership (TIP), and Indianapolis Downtown, Inc. (IDI) - had a vision to co-locate. Factors that needed to be evaluated were what and how resources could be shared, vendor contributions, and how to successfully stagger their organizations' moves across two weekends one month apart. The RESOURCE Project Management Director, and a former colleague, were hired by each organization in conjunction with the RESOURCE Tenant Advisor (and a former colleague.) The Project Management Directors first charge was to create a "Move team." This was most critical due to three organizations being involved.
