  • Brazil
INCOMPLETE FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. EVERY FIELD MUST BE FILLED IN. We recommend printing and including a copy of each page of the form as it is completed. This is the only way we can double check the application before submission. If we do not have a copy of each page and the application is not accepted there will be an additional $10 charge for each resubmission attempt.
  • Syria
Has raised their fee for visas for U.S. citizens.
  • CHINA
We have been receiving information that China has stopped issuing visa notices in China. We do not have full details. This will GREATLY impact the ability to get a business or student visa.
  • U.S. Passport Card
For those interested in the U.S. Passport Card, here is an update from the State Department
  • China
We have been advised by the Chinese Consulates that applicants can get a business visa, if they include in their company letter information that they tried to receive the visa notice and were turned down. It should include the details of what office denied issuing the visa notice.
  • Nepal
    Has raised their visa fees.
  • India
For a business visa, a letter of invitation from the sponsoring organization in India is now required. Please see our Indian Visa Instructions for all of the details that must be in that invitation and the company letter from the US company.

  • Web Site
The service we have integrated into our site to determine if someone, other than a U.S. passport holder, requires a visa is having technical difficulties. We are working to get this restored. The information for U.S. passport holders has not been affected. If you need to determine whether a visa is required for another nationality, please call or email us.

While we have had a calendar showing holidays for the various offices on our website, we have added a link to this calendar on each instruction page. We hope this link, in addition to the menu button that has been on the web site, will allow more clients to check for holidays before sending in their applications.

We will send out an update as soon as we have confirmation on this new regulation.
  • France
When a French Visa is required, the consulates will be requiring a personal appearance beginning Nov 1st. This will not change the requirements determining when a visa is required. It only means that those who need a visa can no longer send their paperwork to a third party to assist. This will mostly impact U.S. pilots because they are required to have a visa.
