Document Services Valley will focus on the research and development of document related services.   • Océ Arizona 250 GT wins viscom INNOVATION AWARD 2007
    Venlo, the Netherlands/ Vancouver, Canada, October 9, 2007 – The Océ Arizona® 250 GT flatbed UV printer was designated “a truly innovative product” when it won the viscom INNOVATION AWARD in the Large Format Digital Printing category.  The awards were announced during the viscom 2007 International trade fair for visual communication, held in Düsseldorf, Germany, September 20-22, 2007.
    The jury included the editors-in-chief of international trade journals Large Format, SIP, TVP and Werbetechnik, as well as representatives from advertising and signmaking associations.  The jury issued the following remarks about the Océ Arizona 250 GT:  “In March 2007 Océ presented with their Arizona 250 GT a completely redesigned printer using UV hardening inks:  The variable drop size of the grey-shade heads allows for a very high image quality.  The optional roll module is so cleverly placed on the edge of the vacuum printing table that the change between flat bed and roller printing is made extremely time saving.  In addition, this printer is easy to use and moderate in price and maintenance costs – a truly innovative product.”
