  I'm not one to argue facts and figures if I don't know where they're coming from, so I won't dispute your numbers other than to say the numbers I mentioned for high-skilled worker Visas came from the Washington Post Editorial page, generally a reliable source. They report in their March 12 post http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/03/11/AR2007031100986.html that Visas for these highly skilled workers (doctors, lawyers, engineers) have been capped at 65,000 per year. If the actual numbers are different than that, am happy to continue the discussion. That's my source, what's yours?

There are 3 million visas available to Mr. Gates, what in the world is he complaining about?
