  • E-Mail Statements
E-Mail Statements While improving our email communications program which normally delivers a Daily Statement only to those customers who both requested email delivery AND had activity in their account, some of our customers with no account activity may have inadvertently received a copy last night consisting of a blank page, whereas they should not have.  We do apologize for any confusion.  If your account did have activity, then you should have received this statement fine and as normal. Perhaps you would like to receive instead of or in addition to the Daily Statement your Equities Statement?  Thanks to our recent improvements, we are now pleased to offer daily email delivery of your Equities Statement.  Whereas the Daily Statement shows account activity and will only be sent if there were something to report, the Equities Statement is generated and sent every day for any account with a balance. You can view both the Equity Statement and the Daily Statements under the Account Access link on our Member's site at: www.iowagrain.com If you do not have client web access and wish to, or to update your email delivery options, please contact us at support@IowaGrain.com Thank you for your time and have a great day!
