  • BIOGRAPHY: Michael E. Bannister
    Mike Bannister is chairman and chief executive officer of Ford Motor Credit Company LLC and is responsible for all operations of Ford Motor Credit worldwide. He is also an executive vice president of the Ford Motor Company.

    hen E. Biegun is a corporate officer and vice president of International Governmental Affairs for Ford Motor Company. In this role for Ford, Mr. Biegun oversees all aspects of Ford’s international governmental relations, including trade strategy and political risk assessment.
  • LEWIS BOOTH
    Lewis Booth was named the company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective Nov. 1, 2008. Booth has overall responsibility for the company’s financial operations, including the Controller’s Office, Treasury and Investor Relations.
  • BIOGRAPHY: TONY (THOMAS K.) BROWN

    Tony (Thomas K.) Brown is group vice president, Global Purchasing, Ford Motor Company, effective April 1, 2008. He had been senior vice president for Global Purchasing since September 2004, and had been vice president for the same area since January 2002. In his role, Brown is responsible for more than $90 billion of production and non-production procurement for Ford operations worldwide.

    Stephen G. Butler is retired chairman and chief executive officer of KPMG, LLP. Mr. Butler held a variety of management positions, both in the United States and internationally, during his 33-year career at KPMG. He served as Chairman and CEO of KPMG from 1996 until his retirement on June 30, 2002. Mr. Butler joined Ford's board in February 2004.

The company’s Internet portal, www.puertoricowow.com, is one of the largest bilingual (Spanish/English) portals in the U.S. with about 20 million hits monthly. Through its subsidiary Direct ResponSource, Casiano Communications also provides bilingual (English-Spanish) direct marketing, call center and customer care services to numerous Fortune 1000 companies targeting customers in Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, and the U.S. Hispanic Market.

    Terry Chenault is the president of Global Operations, Technology and Risk Management for Ford Motor Credit Company. He has worldwide responsibility for information technology, risk management, quality, customer satisfaction, 6-sigma and process management. Operating centers that provide service and collection support for automotive dealers and consumers around the globe report to him, as do the North American business centers that manage contract originations, wholesale loans, collections and service.

    Susan M. Cischke (pron. SIS-key) is group vice president, Sustainability, Environment and Safety Engineering, effective April 1, 2008.

    Peter J. Daniel is senior vice president and controller, Ford Motor Company, effective Sept. 1, 2006. He reports to Don Leclair, executive vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to this position, he was vice president and president, Ford Asia Pacific and Africa.
  • BIOGRAPHY: KEISHI EGAWA
    Keishi Egawa is vice president and chief operating officer of Mazda North American Operations (MNAO), where he provides executive financial oversight, administration and strategic planning for Mazda’s current and emerging markets in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. Formerly managing executive officer in charge of corporate planning and financial services, Egawa, who has given more than 30 years of service to Mazda Motor Corporation thus far, was appointed to his current position in April 2008. He reports directly to Jim O’Sullivan, president and CEO, MNAO.

    Mark Fields is executive vice president, Ford Motor Company, and president, The Americas, a position he assumed in October 2005. In this role, Fields is responsible for all operations involved in the development, manufacturing, marketing and sales of Ford, Mercury and Lincoln vehicles in the United States, Canada, Mexico and South America.

    Matthew Foulston is senior vice president and chief financial officer for Mazda North American Operations (MNAO). In his position, Foulston is responsible for all corporate finance matters, including overseeing purchasing, facilities, customs and administration for MNAO. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of AutoAlliance International, a Ford Motor Company and Mazda Motor Corporation joint venture in North America. Foulston reports to Jim O’Sullivan, president and CEO for MNAO.

    Bennie Fowler is group vice president, Global Quality, Ford Motor Company, effective April 1, 2008. He had been vice president, Global Quality, since April 1, 2006.
  • Biography: Darryl B. Hazel
    Darryl B. Hazel was appointed senior vice president of Ford Motor Company and president, Ford Customer Service Division March 2006. In this position, he will be responsible for customer service, parts sales, distribution and logistics in North America, vehicle service and technical support operations.

    Joe Hinrichs, 41, is group vice president, Global Manufacturing and Labor Affairs, Ford Motor Company. He is responsible for the operations of 105 assembly, stamping and powertrain plants worldwide.
  • Board of Directors - Irvine O. Hockaday Jr.
    IRVINE O. HOCKADAY JR., president and chief executive officer of Hallmark Cards, Inc. was elected to the Ford Board on May 14, 1987. Mr. Hockaday joined Hallmark, the world's largest publisher of greeting cards, in 1983 as executive vice president.
  • BIOGRAPHY - PHIL HORLOCK
    Phil Horlock is chairman and CEO of Ford Motor Land Development Corporation (Ford Land), the real estate arm and wholly owned subsidiary of Ford Motor Company. Appointed to this position in July 2008, he has global responsibility for real estate, engineering and construction, facilities management and energy for Ford Motor Company.

    David Klan is general manager, Western region for Mazda North American Operations. Prior to this position, Klan was the director of marketing for MNAO where he was responsible for all U.S.-based advertising and marketing operations, including brand development, business planning and global integration. In his previous position, Klan was the general manager of global brand marketing for Mazda Motor Corporation, based in Hiroshima, Japan.
