    We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, can–do minded person to join our team in the position of Production Manager.  The job demands a person with the attributes and experience listed below and the responsibilities of the position include the following:

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Pre–production and budgeting
    Scheduling and negotiations with suppliers
    Source the best crew for the job
    Research budgets
    Liaise with location scouting and management
    Liaise with the agency
    Sourcing wardrobe and props
    Arranging catering,  permit applications, crew bookings, equipment hire, accommodation reservations, transportation and airport transfers, visas and government permissions, studio hire, models and cast, freighting, mobile phone rentals, etc.

    Our client is seeking an Engineering Manager who will be reporting to the Director of Operation.

    Job description:

    Candidate will be located at the company main office and will lead a team of engineers/ coordinators on various sites. Main duties are as follows:

    * Assisting the Director of Operation in setting policy and procedures for the Engineering Sections.

    * With assistance of the Corporate Quality Manager, he will be responsible to establish procedures to ensure compliance with the set standards, procedures, specifications and codes.

    * Enforcing the implementation of the set procedures to all sites/ projects. Assisting the Project Managers in all design/ shop drawing related issues.

    * Monitoring the performance of technical offices at all sites/ projects. Ensuring consistency of their works.

    * Responsible for maintaining the set standard of the shop–drawing submittals, according to the contract conditions and consultant's requirements.

    * Set procedure for "Design Change Process" and all its relevant activities. Liaison with the Contracts Departments and Project Managers.

    * Liaison with tender department, reviewing the technical package prior to submittal.

    * Responsible for the productivity of the technical engineers and CAD operators in all sites. Evaluating their performance and suggesting needed training.

    * Assist in plan and spec analysis in order to provide clear trackable and coordinated interpretations of the design/drawings for construction.

    * Research and recommend solutions to design document problems, including conflicts, interferences and errors/omissions.

    * Clearly defined drawing process, including superseding process.

    * Ensure that the subcontractors' shop drawings are meeting the Consultants' requirements prior to submission.

    * Insure that all sites/ projects are maintaining accurate and up–to–date logs (RFI, Drawing submittals, Vendor/Subcontractor drawing submittals etc.).

    * Ensuring continuous updating and accurate generation of as–built drawings.
