  Egg (Citibank) have chosen to suspend applications for their Money Credit Card. Unique in the industry, this card allowed positive balances to accrue interest.
• Capital one remove all 0% deals
  Capital One have cancelled their 0% on balance transfer credit card products. They say they will be back with new products soon.
• ICESave customers to get money back
  The BBC News site have announced information on how ICE Save customers will get back thier deposits.

• Virgin Money increase to BT to 16 months and 6 months purchases
  Virgin have extended their credit card to 16 months from 15, with a slight increase in the typical APR. Their purchase rate offer has extended from 3 months to 6 months as well.
• Icesaver lock accounts
  Icesave savings accounts have been locked and savers may have to claim for the UK government to get their money back
• N and P stop card applications
  N and P have stopped taking credit card applications. This joins Britannia as a product that have pulled out from their relationship with HBOS
• Credit Simulator
  Experian are now offering a credit score simulator tool, letting people see how their behaviour effects their credit rating - you can sign up for a 30 day free trial.
