    The annual Army Expeditionary Warrior Experiment concluded this week with an open house on McKenna MOUT Wednesday that showcased more than 30 kinds of technology. The open house presented an opportunity for industry and military leaders to learn about the uses and advantages of technology studied during the experiment, said Harry Lubin, chief of Fort Benning’s Live Experimentation Division with the Maneuver Battle Lab. Now in its fifth year, the experiment focused on the impact of network technology on small units.

These crews are without question the best in the world at what they do.
  • Nanotechnology company opens at Watervliet Arsenal
    The Watervliet Arsenal welcomed its newest tenant, Vistec Lithography Inc., in a ceremony heralded by local, state, and national political leaders as a major step toward moving the Capital District into a nanotechnology center of excellence. After nearly two years of planning, Vistec recently completed the move of its headquarters from Cambridge, England to the Arsenal. The company is a global supplier of sophisticated equipment that uses advanced electron-beam lithography to imprint silicon wafers with electronic circuits.
